Taking an hour or two for yourself can help you replenish, connect with yourself. Perhaps you’ll discover things about yourself that you never knew. Exercise - Whether it is a sport or a simple jog, sports and exercise have always been therapy for preventing stress and other mental issues as well as physical health. Try it! You’ll see.
